ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Our Accessibility Commitment

At Abode, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees. We aim to provide reasonable and proportionate accessibility support across all venues, recognising that each site has different physical characteristics and limitations.

This guide outlines the accessibility arrangements available at each venue and explains how we support Disabled Access Customers before and during the event.

A valid Disability Card or relevant documentation must be presented when collecting your wristbands to confirm eligibility

Accessibility Support Registration

Attendees requiring accessibility support, including companion ticket requests where applicable, must complete the Accessibility Registration Form in advance.

👉 Accessibility Form: https://forms.gle/Rbzha4zZFht7dHb66

Please be sure a ticket is purchased before completing the above form and state the ticket reference number in the above form.

How Accessibility Works at Our Events

Accessibility arrangements vary by venue and are designed in collaboration with venue operators and specialist teams.

Support may include:

  • Accessible viewing or audience areas (where available)
  • Priority access at entry points
  • Accessible toilet facilities
  • On-site assistance from trained staff

Accessibility provisions do not alter the fundamental layout or structure of venues.
